Membership Terms & Conditions

Utopiya offers three continuity-based memberships designed to support ongoing health optimisation through IV therapy and related services:

• Foundation Health — $299 per month
• Premium Health — $499 per month
• Elite Health — $699 per month

Each membership includes a monthly allocation of treatment credits and additional benefits as outlined at the time of signup.

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.

2.1 Credit Allocation

Each membership tier includes the following monthly credits:

• Foundation Health — 1 IV drip credit per month, 0 IM booster credits per month
• Premium Health — 2 IV drip credits per month, 1 IM booster credit per month
• Elite Health — 3 IV drip credits per month, 1 IM booster credit per month

Credits are applied to your account following successful monthly payment.

2.2 Credit Accumulation

Unused credits accumulate from month to month.

2.3 Credit Expiry

• Credits are intended to be used within 12 months from the date they are issued.
• Utopiya reserves the right to enforce credit expiry in line with this policy.

2.4 Use of Credits

• Credits may be redeemed for eligible treatments as advised by Utopiya clinical staff.
• Certain premium treatments (e.g. higher-dose NAD+ protocols) may require the use of more than one credit.
• Credits cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.

3.1 Active Membership

An active membership is one where subscription payments are up to date.

3.2 Cancellation

• Memberships are subject to a minimum commitment of three (3) months from the start date.
• After the initial three-month period, memberships may be cancelled at any time via the original payment method or by contacting Utopiya.
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not constitute a refund of prior payments.

3.3 Credits After Cancellation

• Remaining unused credits may still be available for redemption following cancellation, subject to the credit expiry policy above.
• Utopiya reserves the right to amend this policy in the future.

• Memberships are billed monthly in advance.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of membership benefits until payment is resolved.

• Members may receive tier-based discounts on add-on services, as advertised at the time of booking.
• Call-out fees, travel fees, and non-standard services are not included in membership pricing and may be charged separately.

• All treatments are subject to clinical suitability and practitioner approval.
• Membership does not guarantee access to any specific treatment.
• Utopiya reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment plans based on medical considerations.

• Membership fees are non-refundable.
• Unused credits are not redeemable for cash.

Utopiya may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated via our website or direct notification.
